Pacific Blackout
While bombers roar overhead during a practice blackout in a large American West coast city, Robert Draper, is among the prisoners in a police van. On the day that World War II ends in Europe, Mayor George Boswell (Sir John Mills) recalls events of the previous twenty-five years in his home town of Browdley.
